Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Fractional CFO to join our team. As a Fractional CFO at RAYNE, you will be responsible for providing high-level financial expertise and strategic guidance to our clients on a part-time or project basis. Your role will involve collaborating with a diverse range of companies across various industries, helping them make informed financial decisions, optimise their operations, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial leadership and strategic guidance to clients on a fractional or interim basis.

• Analyse financial data, create financial models, and deliver insightful recommendations.

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

• Evaluate and optimise financial processes and systems.

• Identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

• Prepare financial reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with client teams to implement financial strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).

• Proven experience in senior financial roles, including CFO or VP of Finance positions.

• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Problem-solving mindset and strategic thinking.

• Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse client environments.
